Communications According to FIDIC Contracts
All correspondence under FIDIC contracts must be in writing and sent via the means specified in the contract data.
Correspondence is addressed to the officially designated address, and any new address designated by the party concerned is also valid.
When approvals or authorizations are requested, a response may be sent to the address from which the request originated unless otherwise stated.
Approvals, certificates, and decisions must not be delayed or withheld without reasonable cause.
When a certificate or notice is issued, a copy is sent to the other party and to the engineer, as applicable.
